Adopt rules:

4) When offering please make sure you have the points on hand! If you dont I will only hold the pony for 2 days unless specified otherwise! (If you offer and dont have the points you will be put on a blacklist for a week for a first offense, 1 month for a second offense, and banned all together if you do it a third and final time!)
